Calvin teaches the biennial summer class Deaf Literature and ASL Folklore. On April 16th, you will have the opportunity to have a small sample of this wonderful class.

Implementation blueprints provide a clear and structured way of identifying and prioritizing implementation barriers, selecting appropriate implementation strategies, and defining a tailored set of strategies. They provide a concrete, actionable roadmap that teams can use to align decision makers, guide day-to-day implementation decisions, and track strategies over time in real-world settings. Following the workshop, Drs. Frank and Martinez will provide 1-on-1 implementation consultation to advise on specific research or practice projects. Save the date and register while spots are still available.

Hannah E. Frank, PhD is an Assistant Professor and the Program Director of the Brown Research on Implementation and Dissemination to Guide Evidence Use (BRIDGE) Program in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Frank is a clinical psychologist with expertise in treating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Her research uses implementation science methods to increase clinician adoption and sustainment of evidence-based interventions for internalizing disorders in community mental health settings. In addition, Dr. Frank serves as an implementation methodologist on NIH-, PCORI-, and foundation-funded research projects focused on food insecurity, medical interventions, and mental health.

Ruben G. Martinez, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and the Training Director of the Brown Research on Implementation and Dissemination to Guide Evidence Use Program. He also serves as Lead for Implementation for the Advance RI-CTR and as Chair of the American Psychological Association’s Advisory Committee for Measurement-Based Care. Dr. Martinez’s work leverages equity-focused implementation methods to improve systems of care for youth experiencing health and mental health problems. He provides consultation, mentorship, and training in implementation science, and he collaborates on federally funded projects spanning youth mental health, HIV prevention, nutrition equity, and post-injury care. His leadership in developing innovative, equity-centered methods aims to advance both research and practice while strengthening interdisciplinary collaborations across healthcare, education, and community systems.
