The ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the main entrance of Torchbearer Hall facing Volunteer Boulevard.

Following the dedication, guests are invited to a reception in the courtyard behind the hall, where refreshments will be served by members of the Chancellor’s Cabinet.
