2019 HANDHELD Festival

Join us at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, for the School of Art’s biannual HANDHELD festival of film, video, performance, and sound art at the Knoxville Museum of Art.

HANDHELD provides a public venue for undergraduate and graduate students in the 4D, Cinema Studies, and Time-Based Art programs at UT to show alternative possibilities and new visions in the creation of film, video, performance, and sound art as fine art.

As part of the festival, students receive awards in multiple categories by faculty jury and audience vote.
