Postdocs make significant contributions to the research enterprise on UT's campus. Their publications and grant work serve to raise the University's research profile. The Postdoc Research Symposium offers an opportunity to showcase postdoctoral research work conducted on campus, which may lead to fruitful collaborations. While postdocs develop greater ease in sharing their research to a general audience, graduate students will discover research on a postdoctoral scholar level.  

Postdocs are welcome to submit full applications for consideration by Monday, the 26th of January, at noon.  As a reminder, submissions must be from research work conducted as a UT postdoc.

From accepted abstracts, postdoctoral scholars will deliver a brief 7-minute speech with 3-minutes for Q&A.  Presentations will be judged on clarity, engagement, comprehension, and aesthetics.  Light refreshments will be served.  

The symposium welcomes the research community, which includes students, faculty members, research staff, and graduate students. The program is available online.   Webcasting is available.
