https://humanitiescenter.utk.edu/seminar/digital-games/How will the advent of AI transform the making of video games? Will it improve and enhance the games we love – or will it sap them of their humanity and emotion? What will AI mean for the people who make games, from actors to artists to coders? In this presentation, Noshir Dalal gives his perspective on these questions and more. Currently on strike with SAG-AFTRA against the game industry, Dalal will discuss the challenges and opportunities that come with AI, and how we might chart a path forward.
This event is hosted by the Denbo Center for Humanities & the Arts' Digital Games Research Seminar.
