International Graduate Students at UT are being invited to participate in a research study about the helpfulness of online webinars that offer scholarly writing tips and resources. All students that participate in the study will be provided three online webinars that are designed to increase students’ knowledge about academic/scholarly writing.

These live online webinars will be hosted in Zoom and are scheduled to occur on the following dates in the afternoon: November 1st, 2019; November 15th, 2019; and January 17th, 2020. If you cannot attend the live webinar, then you will receive a recording of the webinar to watch at the most convenient time for you.

All potential participants can enter a raffle for a chance to receive one of 40 scholarly books, “The Dissertation Journey” by Carol Roberts and “Writing Your Journal Article in 12 Weeks” by Wendy Laura Belchner.

Your participation is voluntary and should take between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on your assigned group. If you wish to participate in this study and/or enter the raffle for a scholarly book, please click on the link below:
