Advanced Food Preservation
If you would like to know more about canning low acid foods such as meats and combination foods like chili, beef stew, soups with meat, etc., plan to attend the Advanced Food Preservation class. Participants will go home with a jar or two of canned product and recipes. Space is limited and registration is required by September 9, 2021. The class is scheduled for Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Tazewell Senior Center, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
