Super Soups with Gluten free Artisan Dinner Rolls
Class participants will learn the fundamentals of using spices and herbs to create layers of flavor in these comfort food favorites. You’ll begin this hands on class by learning how to use gluten free ingredients to make delicious and wonderfully textured Artisan Dinner Rolls. While they are rising you will enjoy some of these rolls with a bowl of Smoky Butternut Squash Soup, The class will resume and you will make Tuscan Sausage and Kale Soup. (Please bring containers to take home soup). The class will end on a sweet note as you create Coconut Cream filled Chocolate Cakes all dipped in chocolate. Note: This is not a gluten free kitchen but we will use gluten free equipment. The class is also dairy free except for the optional butter with the rolls.
