Be Well Employee Fitness Class (Intro to Weight Training)
Whether you are looking to begin a fitness routine or trying to find ways to relax and unwind after work, Be Well offers a variety of fitness classes free for UT employees. Community instructors will be invited to teach an array of classes including yoga, pilates, bootcamp, etc.
*Staff and students with current UT parking permits may park in unreserved staff and commuter areas from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. (4:45 pm in Staff Area 9 and Staff Area 23).
Be Well is excited to launch a new partnership with HPER that will provide a designated space on campus for employees to engage in physical activity. Locker rooms are available for changing on the 1st floor of HPER.
