Be Well: Stretch Sessions

Join Be Well for a stretching session twice a week on Tuesdays (11:00am - 11:15am) and Thursdays (2:00pm - 2:15pm) throughout the month of February. The Wellness Coordinator will be facilitating the sessions for staff, faculty, and graduate student employees. The purpose of these sessions is to help us learn how to apply stretch’s and to build our own routines for stretching.

Dial-In Information

After completing the registration form, recipients will be placed on our list to receive the invitation (Zoom link) to participate in the 10-minute virtual stretching sessions during February.
