Join Be Well for a stretching session twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of January. The Wellness Coordinator will be facilitating the sessions for staff, faculty, and graduate student employees. The purpose of these sessions is to help us learn how to apply stretch’s and to build our own routines for stretching.
