About this Event
The focus of this six week program is to help us create healthier lifestyles through physical activity, nutrition, and additional evidence based healthy habits. This program will also highlight other key areas like stress management, being active, staying motivated, and managing energy levels. All are key componants to developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that works best for the individual.
To get the full experence of the program, we ask that participantes attend all 6 sessions. Thank you!
