The UT Substance Misuse Community of Scholars has invited Philip Cooper, an accomplished reentry expert, criminal justice reform advocate, and Appalachian Regional Commission INspire grant coordinator, for a virtual discussion about substance use and workforce development. Philip is a MLK Service Award Recipient, Appalachian Leadership Fellow, and person in long term recovery.
