Beyond Digital Collections: Transforming a Digital Scholarship Support Unit in 2022
"Auburn University Libraries has historically supported digital humanities projects in the form of digital collections, but resources for other types of digital scholarship and digital humanities work have been scattered across different departments on campus. We now seek to grow our library support model into a fully-fledged digital scholarship/digital humanities program, learning from the experience of peer institutions who have already grown successful support structures. I hope that you can join me as I share what we’ve learned so far, talk about our plans for the future, and ask to learn from your experiences."
Carrie Hill is the Digital Scholarship Librarian at Auburn University. Her visit is hosted by the UT Digital Humanities Community of Scholars (DH CoS).
