Building Work-Life Resilience and Balance

In honor of Graduate & Professional Student Appreciation Week, this workshop will provide an opportunity for students and postdocs to develop and sustain the support systems that will enable them to establish their own work-life balance and successfully complete career transition milestones. At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Identify the characteristics of resilient people; 

2. Define what work-life balance means generally and personally;

3. Identify resources to develop and sustain support networks and processes for well-being; and

4. Map individual work/life priorities and develop strategies for integrating and completing them successfully.
