Campus Partner Series: Creating Effective Writing Assignments

The goal of this series is to provide a forum for selected campus partners to engage faculty in topics of importance.

This is the fourth of these events, "Creating Effective Writing Assignments," cohosted with the Judith Anderson Herbert Writing Center.

During these sessions, it is our hope that by the end of the event, participants will have a clearer understanding of the ways in which the partner can support them in their teaching as well as some strategies they can implement in the courses they teach. Sessions will be facilitated by staff from our partner’s unit who can offer practical examples of the practices being discussed. Participants may choose to attend one, two, or all three sessions depending on their interests and availability. All instructional staff (including graduate students) are welcome to participate.
