Are you an experienced canner or a novice who wants to learn more about home canning?  This is the course for you!  Learn the basics of food preservation as you safely preserve vegetables, fruits, pickles, jams and jellies.  Participants will receive a "So Easy To Preserve" book and a dozen jars, most filled with preserved foods from the workshop.  Registration fee is $60.00 which will cover the cost of supplies, so pre-registration is required.  You may call 423-626-3742 to pre-register.
