Celebration of Black Excellence

Hosted by the Black History Month Programming Committee, this occasion will take place on February 18, 2019 at 6pm, in the Frieson Black Cultural Center.

We will be hosting this celebratory event to honor the culture, legacy, and accomplishments of African Americans. On that evening, our keynote speaker will be Mr. Theotis Robinson III, the first African American undergraduate student to be admitted to the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, along with a Q&A session. Performances and short orations from members of our Volunteer family will also be given.

Light refreshments will be served. Please use the link below to RSVP for this occasion.
