The Chancellor showed up right on time, without an entourage, and was cheerful and engaging. When it was time for us to have our discussion with her, she was completely focused on us and we felt like she was genuine in her attempt to really hear and understand us. We couldn't have come way with a more positive impression of her. She's certainly a very empathetic and impressive leader.
