Clean Eating: Meal Planning Made Easy
Many people find it hard to shop for healthy foods, especially when on a budget, and even harder to come up with a meal plan and recipes that suit their busy lifestyles.
In this non-credit course you’ll discover what clean eating really means and how easy it can be to plan for a healthy future.
Through provided shopping lists, recipes, and meal plans, you’ll learn what to buy, how to prepare it, and how to put it all together each week for a menu of healthy meals.
A variety of meal plans will be available based on certain needs, including fat loss and autoimmune diseases.
Instructor: Melanie Duncan is a certified health coach. She enjoys educating people on nutrition and fitness for optimal health.
The UT Conference Center is located at 600 Henley St. in downtown Knoxville. Parking is available in the Locust Street Garage (corner of Clinch and Locust).
