Clifton M. Jones Workshop Series: Why Would Anyone Want to be Led by Me?

People often do not see themselves as leaders. There are a number of reasons for that. Among other things, their definition of leadership may be misplaced or too narrow, their understanding of their capacity for leadership may be limited, or their knowledge of leadership traits and styles may be under-developed. This workshop with Joan Heminway, Interim Director of the Institute for Professional Leadership in the UTK College of Law, will focus in on what leadership is and how emergent leaders can think about its contours and applicability to their work and lives.
