Title: Ergodicity of the stochastic nonlinear Schrodinger equation with large damping
Abstract: We discuss the long time behaviors of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation while being subjected to a random perturbation via Gaussian additive noise. It is well-known that, under the impact of sufficiently strong damping, the dynamics possesses unique ergodicity although the rate of convergence has remained unknown. In this talk, we address the mixing issue, and establish that solutions is attracted toward the unique invariant measure at polynomial rates. Our approach is based on a coupling strategy with pathwise Strichartz estimates. This talk is based on an ongoing joint work with Kihoon Seong.
