Story Mining 101: How to Identify and Share Meaningful Stories

JOIN SESSION ON ZOOM

Stories are powerful. They have the ability to move or inspire us. They inform the public about the work we do. They are testaments to the work being accomplished in our programs, departments, colleges, and university. But how do we find these stories? And how do we tell them in a way that connects with audiences? In this moderated panel, we will discuss the concept of story mining and share how to find stories that support the university’s strategic focus areas and make an impact beyond our campus.

It was nice to see friendly, familiar faces of the panelists, but I don't feel like I learned terribly much that I didn't already know.
