Join us for a conference all about Mental Health in East Tennessee!!
This conference has been organized in response to the pressing need for increased awareness and collaboration across disciplines with interests in mental health advocacy. Many people living in the state of Tennessee have historically faced challenges such as limited resources and funding for mental health, that act as barriers to accessing mental health services. Recognizing the urgency of addressing these issues this conference aims to increase knowledge and foster discussions about mental health access and advocacy across disciplines within the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. We hope that this conference will (1) deepen the understanding of mental health related issues, (2) stimulate multidisciplinary advocacy efforts within UTK, (3) inspire lasting collaborative efforts that transcend disciplinary boundaries, (4) contribute to more informed and advocacy-driven scholarly efforts within UTK.
REGISTRATION FOR THIS CONFERENCE IS FREE AND OPEN TO ALL UTK FACULTY, STAFF, AND STUDENTS!
