A full body workout that works to improve flexibility, muscle toning, and strength. With exercises coming from the core, Pilates focuses on six main components to enhance the workout including: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow. All group fitness classes are FREE to UT students who have paid their student activities fees, and all faculty/staff who have paid membership fees to RecSports.
