Step HIIT revives the classic step classes of the 90's with a more modern workout of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class where the heart-pumping HIIT and intense resistance training moves are designed to build real muscle. This workout combines cardio and strength for the ultimate workout. All group fitness classes are FREE to UT students who have paid their student activities fees, and all faculty/staff who have paid membership fees to RecSports.
