The Student Government Association and the Student Health Center are partnering to hand out free EverlyWell COVID-19 Home Collection Kits from noon to 4 p.m. on Friday, November 20. Students and UT employees are welcome to come get a kit.

Pre-requisite forms must be completed before a kit can be issued for use. Students may complete the Student Online EW Consent & Attestation Form through the Student Health Patient Portal. Hard copies of the required forms will be available on site for employees to complete, and if needed for students as well. For those wanting to pick up a kit sooner, they remain available at the Student Health Center without an appointment.

Students may also schedule an appointment for a COVID Nasal swab PCR test through the Student Health Center by calling 974-5080.
