Cow2Cup Workshop: The Processing Side of Quality Milk
Thank you for your interest in the Cow to Cup Workshop! We'll be hosting three webinars covering topics including 1) cow-side care and precautions taken to protect milk quality and cow health, 2) processing techniques and pasteurization of milk for human consumption (cereal's best friend!), and 3) an honest, research-based comparison of raw milk to pasteurized milk. Each topic will cover an hour from 12:00pm EST to 1:00pm EST the second week of September, October, and November. We look forward to having you join us and discussing the wonderful world of dairy!
