About this Event
In this session we will introduce skills and practices students can use to foster well-being during their graduate programs and additionally in these turbulent times. Participants will experience a number of practices with demonstrated efficacy in reducing stress, fostering focus and presence. This session will provide valuable experiential exposure to a set of practices to utilize in their programs and a brief review of the empirical and theoretical foundations of these life skills.
