This workshop will introduce a variety of processes to extract, represent and analyze social media data and patterns. Useful direct web scraping tools and application programming interfaces (APIs) will be introduced. Techniques used to gather historical and real-time social media data will be provided. Hands on practice will also be included.
This is a special topic. Special topics are advanced, one-time workshops open to anyone interested in attending.
