Donna Brazile vs. Jason Chaffetz Debate
Join Campus Events Board's Issues Committee and the Tennessee Speech and Debate Society as they host two political powerhouses for a debate ahead of the November midterm elections.
Taking the Democratic side is Donna Brazile, former interim Chair of the Democratic National Committee and campaign director for Al Gore during his 2000 run for presidency.
On the Republican side is Jason Chaffetz, who served eight years as a House Representative from Utah. Chaffetz is currently an active political commentator and political contributor on Fox News.
Entrance to the event is FREE to opted-in students (no tickets needed). Tickets for the public and opted-out students are $10 available at the door starting at 6PM the night of the event. Cash, check, and Volcard are accepted (no credit or debit). UT students will need to swipe in with their student IDs at the door.
