 nalized health solutions.\n\n \n\n \n\nJ. Graham Thomas\, PhD\, is a Profe
 ssor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School 
 and Associate Director of the Weight Control & Diabetes Research Center of
  The Miriam Hospital. His research is focused on the use of digital health
  technology\, engineering-inspired methodologies for treatment optimizatio
 n and delivery (e.g.\, just-in-time adaptive intervention\, the Multiphase
  Optimization Strategy)\, and advanced analytics to better understand and 
 improve health behaviors\, particularly those related to obesity. Dr. Thom
 as has been awarded grants from the NIH and other organizations to use a v
 ariety of mobile and online technologies for these purposes\, including vi
 rtual reality and mobile sensors. Recent multidisciplinary collaborations 
 include a focus on dissemination and implementation of validated treatment
  approaches in routine clinical care settings and community-engaged resear
 ch. Dr. Thomas is former Chair of The Obesity Society eHealth/mHealth Sect
 ion. He is also a research mentor within the Brown University Clinical Psy
 chology Training Consortium and Director of the T32 in Cardiovascular Beha
 vioral and Preventive Medicine research training at The Miriam Hospital.
