Knoxville-area employees are invited to join Chancellor Donde Plowman for the Annual Fall Employee Picnic.

Employees are invited to enter Neyland Stadium at Gate 21 and move through the buffet lines. Seating areas include: 

• Tables along the Gate 21 Concourse
• Seats in sections X1-Y8 
• Lauricella Center or Wolf Kaplan Center (follow Gate 21A to the field level)

The doors to the Stokely Media Center and the Peyton Manning Locker Room will be open for a behind-the-scenes look as the Vols get ready to kick off the 2024 season.

We are grateful to UT Athletics for opening the gates of Neyland Stadium to employees so close to the start of the season. Please help us thank them by following some simple rules: 

• The team locker room doors will be open for viewing only. You may not enter the locker room.
• No one is permitted on the field.
• Clean up after yourselves so someone else can sit in your spot. Look for a waste management station for assistance with proper waste disposal.
• Balloons and draping will denote where the event space ends. Do not go past the designated area.
• The picnic is for UTK employees only. No additional guests are permitted.
• The picnic ends at 1 p.m. All guests must exit the stadium at this time.
