food4VOLS food truck

food4VOLS is parterning with the HTM 445 class and Blank Slate Kitchens to provide a free food truck on UTK campus on April 28th. The menu consists of:

Spicy chicken tacos with pineapple slaw and cotija Cheese

Beef brisket nachos with queso, jalapenos, scallions,  chipotle BBQ sauce, and pico de gallo

Pulled pork sandwich with BBQ sauce and cole slaw

Smoked beef brisket macaroni and cheese with chipotle BBQ sauce

all food items are available free of charge and were created by the students in the HTM 445 class where they utilized recovered food from UTK campus.
