Food Preservation Basics

Plan to attend a series of food preservation classes from your living room via Zoom Conference.  These sessions are great if you are just learning to preserve foods or just want a refresher without having to attend a live class.  Session topics include Food Preservation Basics April 19, 2021; Freezing & Drying, April 26, 2021; Pressure Canning, May 3, 2021 and Hot Water Bath Canning, May 10, 2021.  All sessions are from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. 

Registration must be completed by April 12 at https://tiny.utk.edu/food preservation or you may call the Extension office to register.  A link will be sent directly to you for each class.  There is no charge for these sessions. Please call the Extension office for additional information or if you should have questions regarding the registration process.
