Advancements in information communications technology have facilitated the dissemination of foreign-sourced disinformation designed to interfere in the processes and outcomes of democratic elections. This talk by Catherine Luther, professor at UTK's School of Journalism and Media, will focus on the types of electoral disruptions experienced at a global level and the implications such disruptions have on civil society.
