Title: Rotationally symmetric translators of curvature flows (part 2)
Abstract: In geometric flows, translators are hypersurfaces that evolve by translating at a fixed velocity (in a fixed direction.) A curvature flow is one where the velocity at each point is a function of the principal curvatures. We consider a large class of curvature flows and seek highly symmetric translating solutions, namely ones obtained by revolving a curve about an axis. We prove existence and uniqueness of these solutions, and study their asymptotic behavior by analyzing the associated differential equation.
