This session will share strategies to design engaging online learning activities and approaches to motivate students to complete them. Dr. David Des Armier, Instructional Designer in OLAP, will share an approach to engage online learners by using a rewards-based model, called Perk Points, to motivate students to go the extra mile and complete optional engaging learning activities.
