Healthy Cooking Class - Apple Butter Canning
Be Well in partnership with the UT Culinary Institute is hosting a healthy cooking class on Thursday, September 29 at 6:00 p.m. Spots are limited.
Fall is almost here, which in the canning world means Apple Butter! Come join us as we make and can apple butter while learning the basics of water bath canning. Terri Geiser will provide a demo on biscuit making. You’ll be provided the ingredients to try making a batch of your own. After the biscuits cook, you will have the opportunity to eat them with your apple butter, yum.
You will get to take home a jar of your very own apple butter too!
