Healthy Cooking Class - Warm Up with Super Soups
This hands on class will warm up your soul and spirit on these cold winter nights. You will learn how to make basic homemade stocks into flavorful and nutritious soups. Flavor will be developed using fresh ingredients, spices and herbs. The recipes will include Smoky cauliflower soup, chicken verde chili, corn and crab chowder.
