The classes are conducted to assist THDA and USDA home mortgage clients with fulfilling homebuyer education requirements for their loans. Class time is 9:00am-2:00pm and cost $50, which is paid in cash upon entering the building. To register call 772-2861 or contact Karen Jones at kjone138@utk.edu or Walter Battle at wbattle1@utk.edu. Due to COVID restrictions, only the participant can attend, face masks are required, and social distancing maintained. Temperatures are taken and we ask that if you do not feel well, please do not attend.
