This session will be an overall introduction to the IRB process at UTK. It will cover the basic overall requirements when submitting a new application to the IRB including what the IRB requires in a protocol, creating meaningful consent forms, and requirements for other attachments. This session is designed to provide actionable information for investigators who are new to the University of Tennessee and experienced researchers alike. Focus group will be Arts and Sciences, but this topic is open to all faculty, researchers, and students.
