Dr. Acharya, associate professor of mechanical, aerospace, and biomedical engineering, is a hypersonics industry veteran and an expert in hypersonic technology. She will share the promise of hypersonics, the state of American competitiveness in hypersonics research and development, and her thoughts on where the technology is likely to lead next.
