We are pleased to invite you all to register for a half-day workshop on how to develop implementation blueprints to guide implementation research and practice efforts. Implementation blueprints provide a clear and structured way of identifying and prioritizing implementation barriers, selecting appropriate implementation strategies, and defining a tailored set of strategies. They provide a concrete, actionable roadmap that teams can use to align decision makers, guide day-to-day implementation decisions, and track strategies over time in real-world settings. Following the workshop, Drs. Frank and Martinez will provide 1-on-1 implementation consultation to advise on specific research or practice projects.
