In this interactive session hosted by Learning and Organizational Development, you will learn strategies for supporting staff with chronic illnesses beyond workplace accommodations. Through an exploration of Spoon Theory, Gibson’s Disability Identity Model, and emerging chronic illness research, participants will gain insight into the experiences of employees with chronic illnesses and best practices for fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
