Join the Center for Global Engagement and the International House as we celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures right here on Rocky Top! This year's International Festival marks the 40th anniversary of this campus tradition.

Why Attend the Festival?
The International Festival is a vibrant celebration of UT's global community. Cultural student groups and organizations host booths with food, activities, art, fashion, dance and more. Explore cultures from around the world without ever leaving campus.

Check-In to Win Prizes
As you enter the festival, be sure to check-in with festival staff to enter to win one of 30 door prizes.

Event Map and Performance Schedule
Explore this map of the booths to plan your adventure around the world just by strolling Pedestrian Walkway. It also includes a performance schedule so you can be sure you don't miss out on any of the fun. From K-Pop to Salsa to Indigenous Vibes, there's something for everyone.

History of the International Festival
After working at the 1982 World’s Fair, Diane Cudahy—former director of the International House—was inspired to recreate it for UT’s campus. Thus, UT’s first International Festival took place in 1983. This means in 2023 we are celebrating the 40th anniversary of this campus tradition and we hope that you'll join us!
