Title:  The geometry and algebra of triangle groups

Abstract:  Triangle groups arise from tilings of two-dimensional spaces by triangles.  They will give us an opportunity to look at three different geometries in which the tilings can live; also we'll see how to extract interesting algebra from the tilings.
