The Undergraduate Leadership Studies program is a trans-disciplinary experiential learning collaboration between the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and the Division of Student Life. Leadership Studies events, courses, and co-curricular opportunities prepare career ready undergraduate students for life-long, self-determined personally and socially responsible leadership on campus, in their communities, and across global contexts.

The trans-disciplinary nature of the Leadership Studies program provides all undergraduates, regardless of major, the opportunity to expand their leadership knowledge. Students who complete requirements may also qualify for the Leadership Studies Minor, an academic distinction that complements any major field of study.
