Best Practices for Presentations

Abstract

We've all been there—a conference presentation that had you counting the minutes until the end. A presenter with dull delivery reading slides overloaded with tiny text leaves you feeling like you could have just read the material and saved yourself time instead of listening to someone who is unsure of their subject. But it doesn't have to be that way! In this session, you'll learn strategies for engaging your audience while positioning yourself as the expert, not your slides. This session will equip you with the tools needed to design impactful presentations, deliver them with confidence, and keep your audience's attention. We'll delve into the art of using PowerPoint's robust features to complement your message without overshadowing it. Get ready to transform your next conference talk into an experience your audience won't forget!
