Mindfulness Practices for Turbulent Times. If you have not yet attended one of these session, guided by Dr. David Patterson of the UT College of Social Work, please considering doing this for yourself and your well-being. These are stressful times and we all need tools to manage this crisis.
We'll do some brief, informal practices that can be useful throughout the day in coping with arising challenges.
This session will last 30-45 minutes.
No prior experience with mindfulness practice is needed. In order to make the best use of our time together, please mute your microphone when you arrive in the Zoom conference room. There may be some time for questions and guided discussion as part of the session.
